The name and mobile number typed into the form, the product page it was sent from, and ordinary technical logs of your visit such as browser, time and IP address. Card, UPI and bank information is never requested.
The request is handed to the product's supplier so that an executive can phone you, verify the order and fix the delivery.
Handling of the data falls under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rests on the consent you give by submitting the form.
Only the supplier's call centre and, via it, the courier, and only to the extent needed to confirm and deliver the order. The request travels as a chat message through a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold, and no advertising profile is built.
This site holds no customer database. Requests are passed on, and server logs are wiped after a short time. Order records stay with the supplier for as long as the order and the law require.
