brenlia.store is operated by Brenlia, an information catalogue. Anything you wish to ask about your personal data should go to privacy@brenlia.store.
The name and phone number you type into the order form, the product page you were on, and basic technical details of the visit such as the IP address kept in the server log. Card numbers and M-Pesa details are never asked for.
Your request is handed to the supplier of the product so that a consultant can phone you, confirm the order and agree on delivery.
The data is processed in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019, relying on the consent you give when you press send on the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is forwarded as a message over a messaging service (Telegram). No data is sold and no advertising profile is compiled.
The site keeps no customer database. Requests move on to the supplier and server logs are erased after a brief spell. Order records stay with the supplier for the time the law demands.
Write to privacy@brenlia.store to look at, amend or remove your data, or to object to the way it is used. You can also take a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
