Submitting the form means asking for a call, not buying. The sale with the supplier becomes final when you confirm the order by phone.
Payment is in cash to the rider at the time of delivery. This site never asks for card or e-wallet details.
You may decline the parcel at your door. Your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) remain intact.
