The supplier of the product is the seller. Its name and address are given in the confirmation call and appear on the delivery documents.
The form is a request for a call, not a purchase. The contract with the supplier begins when you confirm the order on the phone.
Cash to the delivery person on delivery. This site never asks for bank or card details.
Your consumer rights apply against the seller, and you can decline the parcel at the door.
