Taking Artifix correctly

  1. Squeeze out a small knob of cream onto clean, dry skin above the joint.
  2. Rub gently until the skin feels dry, then repeat two or three times through the day.
  3. Wash your hands afterwards and stay with it daily for a minimum of about six weeks.

Quick to absorb

The soft base spreads in a thin layer and sinks in, so you can dress and get on with the day.

Your doubts on Artifix

Spread it through the day, two or three times, for example morning, afternoon and bedtime. Evening use is handy because you are not handling things with your hands.

The directions suggest about six weeks of steady use, so give it that time before you judge it. Use it daily, not just on bad days.

Apply it alone on the joint, without another cream on top. Supplements taken by mouth do not interact with a cream used on the skin.

Adults, yes, on healthy skin. Children and anyone with a swollen, hot or injured joint should not use it before seeing a doctor.

Washing day no longer ends with sore wrists

I do laundry for three households in Masindi and my wrists and knees are what I use most. My aunt had a jar of Artifix and gave me a bit to try.

Morning, afternoon and after supper I rub in a little. The cream is not greasy, and I now hang the washing without stopping to rest my hands every few minutes.
