The supplier of the product is the seller. Its name and address are given during the confirmation call and on the delivery note.
Submitting the form asks for a call and does not buy anything. The sale contract with the supplier arises once you confirm the order on the phone.
In cash to the courier at delivery. No card, bank or mobile-money details are asked for here.
Raise it with the seller; your consumer rights apply to the sale. You may also turn the parcel down when the courier brings it.
